It has been well over one year since I last visited the Karpet King Showroom on Gude Drive in Rockville for a number of personal reasons yet thankfully the day arrived when I was able to press on with my small Home Improvement project. The minute I walked into the remodeled Karpet King Showroom I was greeted with an abundance of natural light, well placed sample installations as well as a welcoming openness inviting me to browse the samples with ease. I am so happy to have returned to Karpet King for my new area rug!

Brilliant team. Great costumer service. I had a great experience with this flooring and design center. I originally came in for new flooring, and their team helped me choose beautiful modern flooring and tile that completely changed the look of my home. They also helped redesign my kitchen and bathroom, and everything turned out amazing. The whole process was smooth, the quality of the materials and installation was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I’m sharing a few photos and videos of the finished work because I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for flooring, carpet, tile, or kitchen and bathroom design.

Tried to hire Karpet King to cut and bind a rug. I emailed directly to their Gmail but got no reply. I tried their website contact form and got no reply. I called, and the phone was answered with ‘hello’. I thought I had the wrong number but asked if it was the business and was told yes. While explaining my request the guy was distracted and trying to talk to others in person at the same time. He told me to text him photos and he’d get back to me. I did that but got No reply. I called again and was told by someone else that my photos were received and he would call me back in 20 minutes. A few hours later I got a text telling me to call so I did. I was told they could do the job and I requested a photo of the binding. He said he would send it but he never did. It’s been two weeks. I ended up hiring another company in Rockville who picked up the rug, did the cut/binding and they have already redelivered the rug. That company’s name starts with an A. I do not recommend Karpet King. They were unprofessional and unreliable and clearly did not want the business.

From the designer showroom with the BEST selection of carpet and remnants thru the buying and installation process everyone at Karpet King has been helpful and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

Silvia from Karpet King was a wonderful resource for helping to select our carpets. She was also willing to help with the selection of paint, furniture and gave me great advice in the renovation of our home. She was always a joy to work with and very understanding of our budget and needs.

Karpet King has the best selection of carpet to order as well as remnants around. They are very helpful and accomodating too. Prices and quality surpass the local competition.

We just had Karpet King install luxury vinyl flooring in our condo lobby in Kentlands. They were a pleasure to deal with, the price was right, the job finished in one day and it looks great.
